PEICES MODULAR RUG

Peices is a rug formation comprising of two simple elements, offering infinite size and shape configurations. The shapes are designed to create natural and unique forms without the feeling of repetition, and are simply joined or detached by custom Velcro tabs on the underside. An online system allows users to determine their rug design and it’s colours, whilst predetermined designs are also available to purchase. Both elements have been designed for ease of transportation, allowing them to be flatpack shipped and bought in individual units.

Peices was created through close collaboration with Oliver Staiano, and together, we have been leading the design development, prototyping and manufacturing phases. We have been invited to present Peices to leading retailers and figures in the design industry, gaining acclaim for the concepts originality, scalability and sustainable potential. Peices is now looking for investment to positively evolve the rug industry.
